Getting the Models!!!

Getting models to sit in a set pose, when Topgun is the model in question, can be impossible.

The haircut must have left him 'light-headed.'

We're just back from France where we have been visiting #2 son in Toulouse. We drove up into the Pyrenees mountains - which separate France from Spain - and then down to the Mediterranean coast ... visiting a few vineyards on the way ... hic! A great time was had!

  5. What a precious little boy he is! Capturing that personality in an oil painting will be a true challenge!

  7. Hello!:) Thank you for your visit.:) Such fun photos of your young model!!! Such expressive eyes, and mischievous poses are great in photographs, but not for a still life portrait.:)) I'm not sure, but I think you are a pastel portrait painter. I like what I have seen
of your work. I scrolled down to see more, and discovered that you have been married the same number of years as my husband and I.:) I'm a pastel portrait painter also, but do not paint as much as I used to do.
If you are interested in nature, perhaps we could follow each other!!

  13. Hi John, you asked about your project at AJJ - no 'old' work is allowed, sorry, it must be something made this month. It's in the rules! Valerie
