Still Painting

Despite being dragged in MANY different directions, I did manage to paint my 'Angolan Woman' on a much smaller canvas ... and the smaller version now lives in Dubai.

I will be similarly downsizing my 'Afghan Man'

To all my painter friends on the Eastern Seaboard of the US, stay warm and safe during the horrendous snow storm that's about to engulf you. Will be watching and thinking (worrying) about you ... and waiting for the snowscapes to follow!

  1. Good for you, John great way to keep the painting skills in tact.
Life is returning to an even keel I suspect. Do you like my sailor talk!

  3. Nice to see you're back in the studio. As expected, you're usual brilliant work. What's a little snow? A lot of snow if you have no snow removal equipment. That's part of the tragedy. The other is this has happened before. As for the flooding and erosion of shoreline, Mother Nature doesn't know to submit reconstruction plans to city councils.
